WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR HOLISTIC BODYWORK AND MASSAGE SESSION
Your first appointment will include introduction to the
anatomy and ways in which your body is connected as a whole. In addition, we'll review your health history and goals in receiving bodywork and massage treatments.
Your individualized session may include Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue (when the body allows) massage techniques, trigger-point therapy, breath-work, table Thai Massage (assisted stretching), and marma therapy - similar to reflexology.
All services include complimentary use of myofascial cupping therapy* if desired.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOLLOWING YOUR HOLISTIC BODYWORK AND MASSAGE SESSION
Expect to feel relaxed, calm, refreshed, and more connected to your body.
Self care suggestions such as therapeutic movement, stretches, yoga postures, breath work, meditation, hydrotherapy, and relaxation techniques will be provided at the end of your treatment and will be your greatest tool in continuing your healing journey outside of your holistic bodywork and massage sessions with me.
Completing self care can renew your trust, confidence and faith in your body as well as provide a greater improvement of your symptoms.
